PAYMENT DETAIL: –

→ 30% of total amount of our program charge per head will be deposited.
→ advance payment will not refundable any other cancellation at the time of program
booking and balance (70%) of total amount per head (full payment) will be paid at the
arrival time in Haridwar.

→ our company has all rights to cancel or modify tour package at any time.
→ extra cost INR: 1000-1200 /- for extra sight seen like Chopta, mana, lakhamandal,
Triyugi Narayan.

PAYMENT POLICY: –

→ At the time of booking confirmation: 25 of total cost.
→ 46 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost.
→ 31 – 45 days before departure: 25% of total cost.
→ Less than 30 days before departure: 25% of total cost

CANCELLATION POLICY: –

→ Prior to 45 days or more – 10 % of the tour cost.
→ Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 25 % of tour cost.
→ Between 30 and 15 days of departure
→ 50 % of tour cost.
→ Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%
→ Between 6 days and in case of no show 100%

CHILD POLICY: –

→ Child below 3 Years: Considered as Free (Only one child for parents).
→ Child Age between 3 Years to 7 Years: 50% Charge of Package Cost.
→ Child Age between 7 Years to 09 Years: 70 % charge of Package Cost.
→ Child Age above 10 Years: Considered as Adult with full Charge of Package.
