Payment Policy:-:
· At the time of booking confirmation : 25 of total cost .
· 46 days or more before departure : 25% of total cost.
· 31 – 45 days before departure : 25% of total cost.
· Less than 30 days before departure : 25% of total cost.
Cancellation Policy::
· Prior to 45 days or more – 10 % of the tour cost .
· Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 25 % of tour cost. .
· Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50 % of tour cost. .
· Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75% .
· Between 6 days and In case of no show – 100% .
Child Policy::
· Child below 3 Years: Considered as Free (Only one child for parents). .
· Child Age between 3 Years to 7 Years: 50% Charge of Package Cost. .
· Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50 % of tour cost. .
· Child Age between 7 Years to 12 Years: 70 % charge of Package Cost. .
· Child Age above 12 Years: Considered as Adult with full Charge of Package. .
Other:
· Insurance: Travel agency recommends that you insure yourself against sickness i.e. (Emergency rescue accident hospitalization) we are not liable and responsible for any damage. .
· About attitude sickness: it is an environmental condition during travel; you are suggested that during trekking please consult your doctor..
· Photography: still camera, Dron,home video etc. are allowed in the Himalayas area, but not allowed inside the temple area. With Out Uttrakhand Gov.’s Permeation drone can not be fly. .
· Thirty percent (30%) of total amount of our program ticket charge per head will be deposited at the time of program booking and balance of total amount per head (full payment) will be deposited at the arrival time in Haridwar .
· During program, if any change in the time of food arrangement/Hotel arrangement due to Traffic Jam, Road block , Mechanism failure in that situation you will have to compromise/ Cooperate with Travel Manager/ Travel Agent. .
· If there become delay in our fix program due to natural causes i.e. (snow fall, rain .road lock etc.) in that situation you will have to pay extra service charge o travel agent or tour manager. .
· At the time of booking the tourist will have to mention name of the tour, tour code, departure
date of tour, name, sex, age, full residential address, telephone number, mobile number,
Photo ID Number, E-mail ID of the tourist joining the tour.
The tourist will have to pay Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and Rs. 15000/- (Rupees
Fifteen Thousand Only) for Air Packages per ticket as deposit amount by Cash, Cheque or
Demand Draft in favor of “Raghuvanshi tour and travels.”
The balance payment of the tour amount must be paid 30 days before the departure date of
the tour. The Guest staying outside Ahmedabad will have to deposit the amount by Cash /
Cheque in below Bank Account and have to send the original Bank slip at Ahmedabad Office.
Money receipt will be issued only after receiving bank stamped Original Deposit slip.
Without Original Bank Deposit slip, Money Receipt will not be issued and the amount will not be
credited in Guest’s booking account. Tourist can deposit the amount in following Bank
Account.
